Hunter Wakefield Fickey “Wake”

Growing up in Gainesville Georgia, Wake learned the business from one of the best. His father was, and continues to be, one of the leading brokers in North Georgia. Wake started his real estate career in 2014 and initially focused on assisting entrepreneur’s purchase convenience stores and commercial properties.
Wake has developed a professional network without equal across the Southeastern United States.
When he is not busy with work, Wake enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hunting, and fishing. He is an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Clemson University, and member of Taylors First Baptist Church.
Roger Clinkscales
Associate
Having been born and raised in Greenville and from a family with deep roots in Upstate SC, Roger has seen the benefits and drawbacks of explosive growth in this region. Raised by a local CPA and business leader, and himself with a BS in Accounting from Clemson, the language of business and the numbers behind underwriting real estate has come naturally.
Roger got his start in brokerage in 2021 at the height of the market, becoming well-versed in the challenges and nuances of residential development fairly quickly. He joined the Wakefield Group as an Associate Broker at the beginning of 2024.
When at home, Roger and his wife Elizabeth can be seen walking about with their two dogs, Callie and Rosie.
